2026年“国际太极拳日”太极拳展演第四届全球太极拳网络大赛暨全国太极拳健身站点网络比赛竞赛规程 一、组织单位 指导单位：国际武术联合会 主办单位：国家体育总局武术运动管理中心 主办单位：中国武术协会 承办单位：华奥星空科技发展有限公司 协办单位：各省、自治区、直辖市、新疆生产建设兵团体育局武术运动管理中心、武术协会、武术之乡、健身站点，各行业体协，有关体育院校 二、参加对象 全球太极拳爱好者，各类武术太极拳健身站点人员。 三、活动口号 健康人生 太极同行 四、报名、比赛时间（北京时间) 在线报名与上传视频：2026年3月21日0时至4月20日24时； 网络投票：2026年4月21日0时至2026年5月5日0时； 专业评判：2026年5月6日至2026年5月15日； 成绩公告：2026年5月18日； 申诉受理：2026年5月19日24时前； 证书下载：2026年5月30日。 五、展演项目 为配合做好“国际太极拳日”主题系列活动，深入践行联合国教科文组织设立“国际太极拳日”的核心意义，秉持“健康生活，太极同行”的活动理念，搭建全球太极拳爱好者交流展示的线上平台，增进世界各国人民健康福祉。本次赛事活动特设置展演项目，个人或集体（组织）均可参与，活动项目分为两类，参与者可任选一类或两类参与均可，每类限上传1条视频（可剪辑）。 （一）祝福语视频：须围绕“国际太极拳日”主题，宣传“健康人生、太极同行”的活动理念，可结合自身习练太极的感悟，传递对太极文化传播、全球人民健康、文明互鉴的美好期许，可使用中文、英文或自身母语表达，表达对设立“国际太极拳日”的祝福。 （二）太极拳展演视频：个人或集体演练太极拳，内容可选择太极（八法五步）、24式简化太极拳、42式太极拳竞赛套路，或陈、杨、吴、武、孙等项目，以及太极剑等太极器械相关展演，也可节选部分内容进行创意编排展演。 六、比赛项目 （一）规定项目 1.个人规定项目 （1）24式简化太极拳； （2）42式太极拳竞赛套路； （3）32式太极剑竞赛套路； （4）42式太极剑竞赛套路。 2.集体规定项目 （1）太极(八法五步)； （2）24式简化太极拳； （3）42式太极拳竞赛套路； （4）32式太极剑竞赛套路； （5）42式太极剑竞赛套路。 （二）自选项目 1.个人自选项目：太极扇 2.集体自选项目：太极扇 （三）传统项目 1.个人传统项目 （1）陈式太极拳：陈式太极拳竞赛套路56式、其他陈式太极拳传统拳术及器械； （2）杨式太极拳：杨式太极拳竞赛套路40式、其他杨式太极拳传统拳术及器械； （3）吴式太极拳：吴式太极拳竞赛套路45式、其他吴式太极拳传统拳术及器械； （4）武式太极拳：武式太极拳竞赛套路46式、其他武式太极拳传统拳术及器械； （5）孙式太极拳：孙式太极拳竞赛套路73式、其他孙式太极拳传统拳术及器械； （6）和式太极拳、王其和太极拳及其他太极拳传统拳术及器械。 2.集体传统项目 （1）各式太极拳传统拳术； （2）各式太极拳传统器械(含器械和拳术混编)。 七、比赛分组 （一）比赛设境内组、境外组(含港澳台地区)。 （二）年龄分组： 儿童组 (A组)：11岁及以下（2015年1月1日及之后出生者） 少年组 (B组)：12岁至17岁（2009年1月1日至2014年12月31日出生者） 青年组 (C组)：18岁至39岁（1987年1月1日至2008年12月31日出生者） 中年组 (D组)：40岁至59岁（1967年1月1日至1986年12月31日出生者） 老年组 (E组)：60岁及以上（1966年12月31日及之前出生者） 八、比赛办法 （一）每名运动员可报一拳术、一器械和一个集体项目。集体项目上传的参赛视频中，须是6人及以上共同演练，其他视频均不予线下评判。个人项目上传的参赛视频必须是个人独自演练的参加本次比赛的视频，其他视频均不予线下评判。 （二）观众通过中国武术协会官网、手机端和微信公众号在线投票，每位用户、每个IP 地址对每个视频,每天只能投3票，可为多个视频投票。境内观众只能通过微信公众号进行在线投票。 （三）对所有通过合规性检查，且符合规程要求的参赛视频，均予以线下评判。 （四）线下评判专业评判按照中国武术协会于2024年审定的《传统武术竞赛规则》及相关规定执行，连续增加或减少或改变动作超过5个，不予评分。 （五）陈式、杨式、吴式、武式、孙式、二十四式简化太极拳、四十二式太极拳、三十二式太极剑、四十二式太极剑、太极(八法五步)均为原国家体委、武术研究院、中国武术协会审定的套路。 （六）完成套路时间 比赛套路完成时间为3～6 分钟。 （七）裁判长扣分 1.凡运动员完成套路时间不足或超出规定时间在5秒钟以内(含5秒钟)，扣0.1分；不足或超出规定时间超过5秒钟，在10秒钟以内(含10秒钟)，扣0.2分；不足或超出规定时间达10秒钟以上，扣0.3 分，最多扣0.3分。 (注：运动员由静止姿势开始肢体动作，计时开始；运动员完成全套动作后并步站立，计时结束。) 2.运动员未按规定套路顺序演练、增减或改变动作，每出现一次，均扣0.1分，累计扣分。 3.如运动员对参赛作品进行配乐，凡音乐中出现唱词(含说唱)者，扣0.2 分。 （八）得分相等的处理 得分相等时，网上得票数多者名次列前。 九、名次录取与奖励办法 （一）各项目男、女各年龄组别根据线下评判的成绩由高到低按一等奖20%、二等奖30%、三等奖40%分别进行录取，10%为参与奖，授予电子证书。末尾数按四舍五入计算。 （二）设“网络人气奖”。各项目男、女各年龄组别根据网络得票数由高到低按一等奖20%、二等奖30%、三等奖40%进行录取，授予电子证书，末尾数按四舍五入计算；投票数为10票及以下者，不参与评奖，不授予电子证书。 （三）境内组和境外组均设“最高人气奖”，授予观众投票数最高者“最高人气奖”电子证书。 （四）比赛成绩、录取名单在中国武术协会中、英文官方网站分期发布，并将遴选各组别男、女一等奖获得者的参赛视频在中国武术协会中、英文官方网站进行展播。 （五）赛事成绩公告后5-7天即可进入赛事官网，登录并下载、打印电子获奖证书。下载期限为1个月，之后证书下载端口关闭。 （六）各单项各组别男、女报名或实际参赛人数在5人以下时，将按照比赛成绩核定获奖等次，具体如下： 1.获得优秀中、上等级分数，核定为一等奖； 2.获得优秀下、良好上等级分数，核定为二等奖； 3.获得良好中及以下等级分数，核定为三等奖。 十、比赛成绩与段位申报 本次网络比赛境内组个人成绩可作为认定武术段位 1-6 段技术免试依据。凡比赛成绩和资格达到晋升相应段位的参赛者，由本人提出申请，可通过“中国武术APP-综合服务平台”进行申报，按照相关规定完成赛后段位认定工作。 十一、裁判员、仲裁委员会 邀请裁判员和仲裁进行线下评判和仲裁。裁判员、仲裁委员 会选派和职责按照规则执行。 十二、申诉与仲裁 （一）申诉 1.范围与内容：仅限于裁判长对运动员完成套路时间不足或超出规定的扣分。 2.程序及要求：如果运动员对裁判长对其本人的扣分内容有异议，该运动员必须在2026年5月19日24 时(北京时间)前在线提出申诉，同时缴付1000 元人民币(境外组200 美元)申诉费。一次申诉仅限一项内容。 （二）仲裁 1.竞赛纠纷解决委员会接受运动员的申诉，并及时做出裁决，如申诉理由成立，改变裁判结果，退回申诉费；如申诉理由不成立，则维持原判，不退申诉费。 2.竞赛纠纷解决委员会的裁决为最终裁决，运动员必须服从竞赛纠纷解决委员会的最终裁决。 （三）对运动员“网络人气奖”录取奖项有异议的，工作时间(周一至周五9:00-17:00)请拨打客服电话(010-67158866-667或010-67158866-775)，非工作时间请发电子邮件至liangzh@sports.cn，经核准后理由成立的，予以更改。 十三、报名 （一）报名方式 参赛单位和个人可通过中国武术协会官网、手机端和微信公众号进行报名，详见《第四届全球太极拳网络大赛参赛指引》。 （二）具体要求 1.完成注册后，必须完整填写报名信息并上传参赛作品，视频时间不能少于完成套路时间，否则不能完成提交。一人每项只能提交一次视频参赛，如同一项目提交多个视频将不予评分。 2. 集体项目各队队名与所报分组一致，名称要求在10个字以内，不允许出现世界、国际、中国、中华等字样。 3.上传视频须为不间断连续拍摄、无剪辑的高清或超高清视频，视频格式为mp4 或mov格式，视频文件大小建议在500MB以内。参赛视频须画面清晰，图像稳定。 4.视频必须为本次赛事专门拍摄视频，运动员在起势前，可通过语言介绍大赛名称、参赛项目，或用文字标识、背景、横幅等标识物表明视频录制用于此次比赛，若发现视频已用于其它赛事则不予评分。 5.严禁弄虚作假、冒名顶替，一经查实，取消参赛者或参赛队参赛资格和此次比赛所有成绩。 6.禁止编辑参赛视频，否则视为作弊，不予评分。 7.视频录制的场景没有规定，室内、室外录制，专业地毯或其他场地录制均可。 8.参赛者须在所录制的镜像内清晰可见，且占据50%-70%的镜像。 9.参赛视频不得有较大噪音。 10.请保证参赛视频光线充足，以便裁判准确地看清每一个动作。如果参赛视频中光线较暗，上传视频将不予受理。 11.请以横屏模式录制视频。录制视频时请使用三脚架，确保视频效果稳定。录制中，只允许镜头左右移动。相机镜头的高度需在拍摄者头部位置，并时刻保持参赛者在画面中。 12.参赛视频内容应包括演练前行抱拳礼、有起势和收势的完整套路、演练后行抱拳礼三个部分。但禁止以打招呼问候或其他形式拖延视频时间。 13.参赛运动员应着武术服，符合太极拳运动特点。 14.参赛作品严禁违背社会公德，严禁植入广告和违反相关法律规定的内容，包括但不限于图像、图片、图标、旗帜、标语、文字、声音等。

Exhibition Events To celebrate "International Taijiquan Day" and promote the UNESCO designation’s core values, a special exhibition platform is established. Divisions 7.1 Divisions: Domestic and Overseas (including Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, and Taiwan region). 7.2 Age Groups: Group A (Children): 11 years old and under (born on/after Jan 1, 2015). Group B (Junior): 12 to 17 years old (born between Jan 1, 2009 and Dec 31, 2014). Group C (Youth): 18 to 39 years old (born between Jan 1, 1987 and Dec 31, 2008). Group D (Middle-aged): 40 to 59 years old (born between Jan 1, 1967 and Dec 31, 1986). Group E (Senior): 60 years old and above (born on/before Dec 31, 1966). 8. Competition Method 8.1 Entry Limit: A competitor can only enter one barehanded routine, one weapon, and one group event. Group event videos must feature six or more participants performing together; other videos will not be judged offline. For the individual events, the competitor must upload a video of his/her solo performance and the videos which do not meet the aforesaid criteria will not be scored. 8.2 Voting: The spectators can vote via the official website, mobile site and official WeChat account of the Chinese Wushu Association. Each spectator or IP address is limited to three votes per day for one video and voting for multiple videos is allowed. Domestic spectators can only vote via the official WeChat account. 8.3 Judging: All the submissions which pass the compliance check will be scored by the judges offline. 8.4 The offline judging will be conducted in accordance with the Rules for Traditional Wushu Competition Rules approved by the Chinese Wushu Association in 2024 and other relevant provisions. A submission will not be scored if more than five movements in it are found being added, missed, or changed. 8.5The performed Taolu (routine) for Chen style, Yang style, Wu style, Wuu style, Sun style, 24 Simplified Forms Taijiquan, 42 Forms Taijiquan, 32 Forms Taijijian, 42 Forms Taijijian and Taiji (Eight Methods and Five Steps Routine) must be approved by the General Administration of Sport of China, its Wushu Research Institute and Chinese Wushu Association. 8.6 Time Limit: The competitor should finish his/her routine in 3 to 6 minutes. 8.7 Deductions made by the head judge 1)A deduction of 0.1 points is made if the competitor finishes his/her routine 5 seconds (or less) less or more than the specified time; a deduction of 0.2 points for 5-10 seconds (excluding 5) less or more than the specified time; a deduction of 0.3 points for over 10 seconds less or more than the specified time; a maximum deduction of 0.3 points shall be made for such errors; (Note: The timekeeping shall start when the competitor begins his/her performance from a stationary position and stop when his/her whole routine ends in a standing position.) 2) 0.1 points shall be deducted if the competitor commits an error in sequences of movements or adding/missing/changing one movement. The deductions for such errors will be added up. 3) 0.2 points shall be deducted if lyrics (including rap performance) are found in the video with musical accompaniment. 8.8 Tied Scores: If a tied score occurs in the competition, the competitor who gets more online votes shall be placed higher. 9. Placing and Rewards 9.1Male and female competitors will be placed separately. 20%, 30% and 40% of the competitors will be awarded the first, second and third prize respectively based on their scores from high to low, and the rest 10% will be awarded the participation award and an electronic certificate. Scores will be rounded up to 2 decimal places. 9.2 The Online Popularity Awards Male and female competitors will be awarded separately. 20%, 30% and 40% of the competitors will be awarded the first, second and third prize respectively based on online votes from the spectators from high to low, and they will receive an electronic certificate for this award, and scores will be rounded up to 2 decimal places; a competitor who receives 10 online votes or less is not qualified for this award and electronic certificate. 9.3 A Most Popular Competitor Award is available for both domestic and overseas participants, and the competitor who gets the most online votes will receive an electronic certificate for this award. 9.4 The scores and placings will be released on the Chinese and English editions of the official website of the Chinese Wushu Association at intervals; the videos of male and female first-prize winners of each age group will be streamed on the official website. 9.5 The winning competitors can log in the official website of the competition to download and print their electronic certificates 5 to 7 days after the results are announced. The certificates will be downloadable for one month, after which the service will be unavailable. 9.6 If an event has fewer than 5 participants, prizes are awarded based on score levels (Excellent High/Mid = 1st; Excellent Low/Good High = 2nd; Good Mid or below = 3rd). 10. Competition Results and Ranking Individual competition results can be used to waive technical exams for Wushu ranks 1-6. Eligible participants can apply through the "China Wushu APP - Comprehensive Service Platform" for rank recognition according to relevant regulations. 11. Judges and Jury of Appeal The judges and members of Jury of Appeal will be invited to officiate the competition. Such officials and their duties shall be assigned in accordance with the regulations concerned. 12. Appeals and Ruling 12.1 Appeals 1) Scope of appeals: Appeals can be submitted by competitors who disagree with the deductions made by the head judge for finishing a routine more/less the specified time. 2) Procedures and requirements for appeals: If a competitor disagrees with the head judge's decisions against him/her, the appeal shall be submitted by him/her over the Internet before 24:00 on May 19, 2026 (GMT+8), together with an appeal fee of 1,000 RMB (or 200 USD for the overseas division). Each appeal is limited to one issue. 12.2 Ruling 1)The Jury of Appeal shall examine the case and make a timely decision. If the judgment made by the head judge proves to be wrong, the original results will be changed and the appeal fee shall be returned; otherwise, the original results will not be changed and the appeal fee shall not be returned. 2) The appeal decision made by the Jury of Appeal is final and the appellant shall abide by it. 3) For Online Popularity Award disputes, please call our customer service number (+86 010 - 6715 8866-775 or +86 010 - 6715 8866 - 667) on weekdays (Mon - Fri, 9:00 - 17:00) or send an email to liangzh@sports.cn on non-working days. Entry 13.1 Entry Method Participants can submit entry via the official website, mobile site and official WeChat account of the Chinese Wushu Association. See the Contest Guidelines of the 4th Global Taijiquan Virtual Competition for more details. 13.2 Specific requirements 1) To complete the registration, participants must fill in the registration form and upload the video(s). The video duration should not be less than the specified time, otherwise the content cannot be submitted. One participant is limited to compete in one event with one video, otherwise the submission will not be scored. 2) For team events, the team name shall comply with the regulations of the category and not exceed 10 Chinese characters. Certain words, such as world, international, China and Chinese, are prohibited for naming a team. 3) The video should be continuously filmed, unedited and in high definition MP4 or MOV format, and it is recommended to make a video file less than 500MB. The footage should be clear and not shaky. 4) The video should be customized for the competition. The competitor in the video can introduce the name of the competition and the event he/she participates in, or use a text label, background, banner or other markers for this purpose. If the video has been used for any other competition, the submission will not be scored. 5) It is strictly prohibited for competitors to resort to deceit or impersonation, and any competitors or participating teams violating such provisions, once verified, will be disqualified from the competition. 6) It is prohibited for editing the submission and such conduct is considered as cheating and the submission will not be scored. 7) The rules of the competition do not provide for the scenery used in the video and it can be filmed in indoor/outdoor environments, on a professional carpet or at other sites. 8) The competitor or the participating team should be seen clearly in the footage, taking up 50% to 70% of the image. 9) Loud noise should be avoided in the video. 10) Please ensure the video is filmed in a well-lit environment so that the judges can see every movement clearly. If the submission is filmed in low-light conditions, it will not be scored. 11) Please film the video in landscape mode. Please use a tripod for stable filming. The filming is limited to camera panning. The camera height should be aligned with the head of the competitor and he/she should always stay in the image during the filming. 12) The submission should include the fist-and-palm salute prior to the routine, beginning the performance from a stationary position, stopping when his/her whole routine ends in a standing position and giving the fist-and-palm salute again. But it is strictly prohibited to buy time by greetings or other means. 13) The competitor should wear a Wushu uniform which fits the characteristics of Taijiquan. 14) It is strictly prohibited to submit a video which violates social ethics, laws or regulations or uses product placement, including but not limited to images, pictures, icons, banners, slogans, wording and sounds. Miscellaneous 14.1 No entry fee is collected for the competition. 14.2 The Chinese Wushu Association shall be in charge of supervising and managing the competition, and it is entitled to disqualify any competitor who violates the relevant regulations set by the Association. 14.3 A competitor will be disqualified from the competition if his/her submission does not conform to the requirements of the event and video. 14.4 A participating account will be closed it its owner is found vote rigging or buying. 14.5 The Chinese Wushu Association is entitled to interpret these rules. 14.6 Any matters not stipulated here will be subject to further notices. |
