2025年第五届海南国际武术大赛竞赛规程 一、竞赛日期和地点 2025年7月11日至14日在海南省海口市举行。 二、主承办单位 主办单位:国家体育总局武术运动管理中心 主办单位:中国武术协会 主办单位:海南省旅游和文化广电体育厅 承办单位:海南体育职业技术学院 承办单位:海南省训练竞赛管理中心 承办单位:海口市旅游和文化广电体育局 协办单位:海南省体育彩票管理中心 协办单位:海南省民传武术交流中心 协办单位:海南广播电视总台 协办单位:海南省武术协会 协办单位:海口市武术协会 三、竞赛项目 (一)个人项目 1.规定项目 (1)长拳类(第一、第二、第三套国际竞赛套路):长拳、剑术、刀术、枪术、棍术。 (2)南拳类(第一、第二、第三套国际竞赛套路):南拳、南刀、南棍。 (3)太极拳类:42 式太极拳、42 式太极剑、24 式简化太极拳、32 式太极剑;第三套太极拳、太极剑国际竞赛套路;陈式、杨式、吴式、武式、孙式太极拳竞赛套路;太极(八法五步)。 2.传统项目 (1)传统拳术 太极拳类:陈式太极拳、杨式太极拳、吴式太极拳、武式太极拳、孙式太极拳、和式太极拳、其它传统太极拳(报名时请填写具体套路名称)。 南拳类:咏春拳、五祖拳、洪拳、蔡李佛、地术拳、鹤拳、五形桩、其它南拳(报名时请填写具体套路名称)。 其它拳术类:形意拳、八卦掌、八极拳、通臂拳、劈挂拳、翻子拳、地躺拳、象形拳、查拳、华拳、炮拳、红拳、花拳、少林拳、武当拳、武当太乙拳、峨眉拳、初级长拳、五步拳、其它传统拳术(报名时请填写具体套路名称)。 (2)传统器械 单器械:太极剑、太极刀、太极枪、太极扇、南刀、南棍、苗刀、棍术、武当剑、朴(大)刀、匕首、鞭杆、杖、棒、拐、铲、叉,其它单器械(报名时请填写具体器械名称)。 双器械:双刀、双剑(含长穗双剑)、双鞭(含刀加鞭)、 双钩、双匕首、双钺、其它双器械(报名时请填写具体器械名称)。 软器械:九节鞭、双节棍、三节棍、流星锤、绳镖、其它软器械(报名时请填写具体器械名称)。 (二)对练项目类(不设年龄组别) 1.徒手对练; 2.徒手与器械对练; 3.器械与器械对练。 (三)集体项目类(不设年龄组别) 1.以太极拳、器械为主要体现形式的集体太极拳械; 2.以其他武术拳械为主要体现形式的集体武术拳械。 四、参赛办法 (一)每队报领队1人,教练不超过2人,运动员人数不限,男女不限。 (二)每名运动员最多可报不同类别的3个单项和1个对练(集体项目不受限制),且只能代表一个单位参赛。 (三)每队限报对练2项,限2人或3人编组,男、女 可混合编组,不设年龄组别。 (四)每队限报不同类别的集体项目1项,人数不得少于6人,男、女可混合编组,不设年龄组别。 五、竞赛办法 (一)比赛执行中国武术协会审定的《传统武术套路竞赛规则(2024)》及相关补充规定。 (二)完成套路的时间 1.拳术、拳械项目:不超过2分钟(太极拳械除外)。 2.太极拳项目:不超过4分钟,演练至3分钟时,裁判长鸣哨提示。 3.太极器械不超过3分钟。演练至2分钟时,裁判长鸣 哨提示。 4.对练不少于40秒钟,太极拳对练不超过3分钟。 5.集体项目不超过4分钟。 注:所有项目比赛时间不设下限,只要不超出规定时间即可;超出规定时间达1秒至5秒扣0.1分,依此类推。 (三)规定项目必须按照规定套路顺序演练,不得增减 和改变动作。每增减一个动作或每改变动作一次,均扣0.1分,累计扣分。裁判长吹哨之后的剩余套路未完成不予扣分。 (四)集体项目须配音乐(自备音乐,MP3格式)。音乐中不得出现说唱等内容,出现说唱者,由裁判长总扣0.2分;未配乐者,由裁判长总扣0.2分。比赛时,由本队教练或领队负责播放音乐。 (五)个人项目年龄分组 1.幼儿组(A1组):7岁以下(2019年1月1日之后出生者); 2.儿童组(A 组):7至11岁(2014年1月1日至 2018 年12月31出生日); 3.少年组(B 组):12岁至17岁(2008年1月1日至2013 年12月31日出生); 4.青年组(C 组):18岁至39岁(1986年1月1日至2007 年12月31日出生); 5.中年组(D 组):40岁至59岁(1966年1月1日至1985 年12月31日出生); 6.老年组(E 组):60岁及60岁以上(1965年12月31 日之前出生者出生)。 (六)同一拳种,同一年龄、性别报名人数达到5人时,均单独设立项目进行比赛。 (七)比赛服装、器械自备,不做统一规定,但须符合项目特点及比赛规定。 六、录取名次及奖励 (一)各单项按年龄组别及男女性别分别录取一等奖20%、二等奖30%、三等奖40%,颁发奖牌和证书;优秀奖 10%,颁发获奖证书。按照实际参赛人数录取。 (二)集体项目按项目类别分别录取一等奖20%、二等奖40%、三等奖40%。集体项目第一名颁发奖金、奖杯、奖牌和证书,集体项目一等奖、二等奖、三等奖颁发奖杯、奖牌和证书。按照实际参赛队数录取。 (三)各单项各组别男、女报名人数在 5 人(含 5 人) 以下时,按同年龄相近项目合并,同年龄相近项目组别合并 如仍不足 5 人,则按同项目相近年龄组别合并,男、女分别录取。 (四)设“武德风尚奖”,评选武德风尚教练员、裁判员、运动员,评选办法另定。 (五)设“武术普及推广贡献奖”,对组织达50人以上运动员参加本届大赛,有特殊贡献的单位或个人进行表彰,颁发奖金、奖杯、证书及特制纪念龙泉宝剑。 七、比赛成绩与段位申报 (一)本届比赛个人成绩可作为认定武术段位 1-6 段技术免试依据。凡比赛成绩和资格达到晋升相应段位的参赛者,由本人提出申请,向所在地段位制办公室进行申报,按照《中国武术段位制管理办法(2024)》及相关文件规定完成赛后段位认定工作。 (二)针对境外参赛运动员组织开展武术段位考评工作,具体事宜另行通知。 八、报名与报到 (一)报名 1.本届大赛报名方式为网上报名,请各参赛队由领队统一在规定时间前完成网上报名,并将所报人员身份证复印件、责任声明书(手写签字)、人身意外保险单(保期须包含比赛时间)按规定拍照上传至报名网站。 2.报名网站: http://ctwushu.justtool.com; 技术服务电话:18064684229。 3.报名时间:2025年5月1日至6月10日24时,逾期者不予受理。 4.各队名称要求在 10 个汉字以内,不允许出现世界、 国际、中国、中华等字样。对超过 10 个汉字的队名,组委会有权对其进行删减。 5.报名联络方式:海南省海口市美兰区新埠岛西苑路19号星海湾一楼,海南国际武术大赛组委会。 联系人:马俊祥 18789773110; 朱资娥 18673166139; 王晓娜 18117795172; 电子邮箱:hxwzy@163.com。 (二)报到 1.各代表队于2025年7月10日在海南省海口市报到,领取秩序册、证件等相关资料,详细地点另行通知。 2.报到时需提交本人责任声明书(手写签字)、人身意外保险单(保期须包含比赛时间)、健康证明(赛前 15 天内由医院出具的血压、脉搏检查证明和心电图)。 九、参赛经费 (一)参加比赛的所有费用(包括会务、项目、食宿、交通、保险、体检、医疗等)由参赛单位自行负责。 (二)组委会统一安排食宿,相关费用请于报名时一次性交付组委会。 (三)食宿标准: 标准间:每人每天300元人民币,5天共1500元; 单人间:每人每天460元,5天共2300元; 凡中国武术协会个人会员(有效期内),食宿费每人每天优惠10元。 (四)其他费用:大赛组委会安排接送站,每人需交纳接送站及市内交通费(包括随行人员)100元。(如不需接送站,此部分费用可免交) 凡不住会人员须交纳参赛服务费300元,以便统一参加大会期间的活动。会务费含接送站、大会统一组织的活动、比赛期间及开、闭幕式的交通及门票等。 十、裁判员 (一)裁判员人员组成和职责范围按《传统武术套路竞赛规则(2024)》执行。 (二)裁判员由中国武术协会选派,另行通知。 十一、其他 (一)组委会有权无偿使用参赛人员音像图片资料进行宣传推广。 (二)动员须自行办理赛会期间的《人身意外伤害保险》和健 康证明,并签署责任声明书。任缺一项者,责任自负。 (三)运动员比赛服装和器械自备。必须穿着武术传统形式的武术服装和武术鞋。 (四)运动员须在赛前 30 分钟参加检录,上场前到检录处等候,3 次检录未到者,按弃权处理。 (五)比赛无故弃权者,取消本人全部比赛成绩。 (六)报到后,请各队认真阅读秩序册内容,若对编排项目、姓名有异议者,务必于7月10日22:00之前,由本人或领队、教练填写申请表并签字递交大会组委会竞赛部(并注明签字人联系电话),经编排记录长审查,若提出申请内容与原始报名表相符者,予以更改;与原始报名表不相符者,不予更改。 (七)此规程、报名表和规则可在中国武术协会网站(https://www.wushu.com.cn)下载。 (八)规则和规程的最终解释权属于中国武术协会。 (九)未尽事宜,另行通知。 附件:3.参赛单位抵离信息表 China Sports Lottery The 5th Hainan International Wushu Competition in 2025competition rules I. Each team has one team leader, no more than two coaches, no limit on the number of athletes, and no gender restrictions. 2. Each athlete can apply for a maximum of 3 individual events and 1 training session in different categories (team events are not limited), and can only represent one unit in the competition. 3. Each team is limited to two practice sessions and can form groups of two or three people. Male and female teams can be mixed and there is no age group. 4. Each team is limited to reporting one collective project of different categories, with a minimum of six people. Men and women can be grouped together and there is no age group. V. Competition Method 1. The competition will be conducted in accordance with the "Traditional Wushu Routine Competition Rules (2024)" approved by the Chinese Wushu Association and related supplementary regulations. 2.Time to complete the routine (1)Boxing and boxing equipment: no more than 2 minutes (excluding Tai Chi equipment). (2)Tai Chi project: no more than 4 minutes. When practicing for 3 minutes, the referee will sound the whistle to remind. (3)Tai Chi equipment should not exceed 3 minutes. When the drill reaches 2 minutes, the chief referee will whistle to remind. (4)Practice for no less than 40 seconds and Tai Chi for no more than 3 minutes. (5)Collective projects should not exceed 4 minutes. Note: There is no minimum competition time for all events, as long as it does not exceed the specified time; Exceeding the specified time by 1 second to 5 seconds will result in a deduction of 0.1 points, and so on. 3.The project must be practiced in accordance with the prescribed routine sequence, without adding, removing, or changing movements. 0.1 points will be deducted for each addition, subtraction, or change of action, and the accumulated deduction will be made. The remaining routines after the referee blows the whistle will not be deducted points. 4.Collective projects require music (bring your own music in MP3 format). Rap and other content are not allowed in music. If rap appears, the chief judge will deduct 0.2 points from the total score; Those who do not compose music will have a total deduction of 0.2 points by the chief judge. During the game, the coach or team leader of the team is responsible for playing music. 5.Personal project age group (1)Preschool group (A1 group): under 7 years old (born after January 1, 2019); (2)Children's group (Group A): 7 to 11 years old (born from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2018); (3)Youth group (Group B): 12 to 17 years old (born from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2013); (4)Youth group (Group C): 18 to 39 years old (born from January 1, 1986 to December 31, 2007); (5)Middle aged group (D group): 40 to 59 years old (born from January 1, 1966 to December 31, 1985); (6)Elderly group (E group): 60 years old and above (born before December 31, 1965). 6. When the number of registrants of the same boxing style, of the same age and gender reaches five, a separate event will be set up for the competition. 7. Contestants should prepare their own competition costumes and equipment. There are no uniform regulations, but they must conform to the characteristics of the event and the competition rules. VI.Admission ranking and rewards 1. 20% of the first prize, 30% of the second prize, and 40% of the third prize will be awarded according to age group and gender for each individual event, and medals and certificates will be presented; Excellent award of 10%, award certificate will be presented. Admission will be based on the actual number of participants. 2. Collective projects will admit 20% of the first prize, 40% of the second prize, and 40% of the third prize according to the project category. The first place winner in a collective project will receive bonuses, trophies, medals, and certificates, while the first, second, and third prizes in a collective project will receive trophies, medals, and certificates. Admission will be based on the actual number of participating teams. 3. When the number of male and female applicants in each individual category and group is less than 5 (including 5), they will be merged according to similar projects of the same age. If the number of applicants in similar project groups of the same age is still less than 5, they will be merged according to similar age groups of the same project, and male and female applicants will be admitted separately. 4. VII. Competition results and rank declaration 1. The individual performance of this competition can be used as a basis for determining the exemption of Wushu duanwei 1-6 skills. Participants who have achieved the corresponding level of promotion in terms of competition results and qualifications shall submit an application to the local ranking office and complete the post competition ranking recognition work in accordance with the "Management Measures for Chinese Wushu duanwei System (2024)" and relevant documents. 2. Organize the evaluation of Wushu duanwei for overseas athletes, specific matters will be notified separately. VIII. Registration and Registration 1. IX. Competition funds 1. All expenses for participating in the competition (including conference, project, accommodation, transportation, insurance, medical examination, etc.) shall be borne by the participating units themselves. 2. The organizing committee will arrange accommodation and meals uniformly. Please pay the relevant fees to the organizing committee in one lump sum at the time of registration. 3. Accommodation and meal standards: Standard room: RMB 300 per person per day, totaling RMB 1500 for 5 days; Single room: 460 yuan per person per day, 2300 yuan for 5 days in total; Individual members of the Chinese Wushu Association (within the validity period) will receive a discount of 10 yuan per person per day on accommodation and meals. 4. Other expenses: The competition organizing committee arranges pick-up and drop off stations, and each person needs to pay a pick-up and drop off station and city transportation fee (including accompanying personnel) of 100 yuan. (If there is no need for a shuttle station, this part of the fee can be waived) All participants who do not stay at the conference must pay a service fee of 300 yuan to participate in the activities during the conference period. The conference fee includes transportation and tickets for pick-up and drop off stations, events organized by the conference, transportation during the competition period, and the opening and closing ceremonies. X. Referees and Arbitration Committees 1. Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration Commission Regulations of the General Administration of Sport of China. 2.The arbitration committee and referees shall be selected and appointed by the organizing committee. XI. Other 1. The organizing committee has the right to use the audio and visual materials of the participants for promotional purposes free of charge. 2. Mobilization requires individuals to apply for personal accident insurance and health certificates during the competition period, and sign a statement of responsibility. Anyone who is missing one item shall bear the responsibility. 3. Athletes should bring their own competition costumes and equipment. Traditional Wushu costumes and shoes must be worn. 4. Athletes must participate in the check-in 30 minutes before the competition and wait at the check-in counter before entering the field. Those who fail to attend the check-in three times will be considered as abstaining. 5. Those who withdraw from the competition without reason will have their entire competition results cancelled. 6. After registration, please read the contents of the order book carefully. If you have any objections to the arrangement items or names, you must fill out the application form and sign it before 22:00 on July 10th, and submit it to the competition department of the organizing committee (with the contact phone number of the signatory indicated). After review by the arrangement recorder, if the application content matches the original registration form, it will be changed; Those who do not match the original registration form will not be allowed to make any changes. 7.
